“My journey in IT began more than 15 years ago, working across industries and global enterprises like Sony, Hitachi, and Bank of America — through top tech firms such as NVish, Smart Data, and others. I worked in multiple shifts, managed global clients, and led large-scale technology implementations.
During this time, I realized a critical gap in the industry — thousands of graduates (BE, B.Tech, Diploma Holders, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, M.Tech) had theoretical knowledge but lacked the practical experience required by modern IT companies.
In 2007, I founded Webx Technology, a Training & Development Company with a mission to create 100% industry-ready IT professionals. Our programs are company-led, project-driven, and focused on live experience — producing skilled developers, designers, and cybersecurity experts who can join any company with confidence.
Later, in 2012, as I expanded my entrepreneurial journey, I launched Weboum Technology Pvt. Ltd. — a Software Development company delivering global solutions in web, mobile, AI, and cybersecurity domains. While hiring for Weboum, I once again saw the need for real talent — and that reinforced our purpose at Webx: to train, mentor, and build skilled teams not only for us, but for the entire IT ecosystem.
Today, both Webx and Weboum work hand in hand — one empowering students and freshers to become professionals, and the other delivering innovative solutions worldwide. Our next goal is even larger — to build a new generation of IT entrepreneurs who will not just get jobs, but create them.”
